Need Help With The Pests?

Shield Your Home from Expensive Termite Damage
Termites may be small, but the damage they cause can be massive. These silent invaders feed on wood and other materials rich in cellulose, quietly compromising the structure of homes and buildings—often before you notice a problem. Professional termite control is the key to catching infestations early, stopping active colonies, and protecting your property from long-term damage.
Why You Need Professional Termite Protection
Termites never sleep—they work around the clock, making them difficult to detect without the right tools. DIY solutions often fall short, failing to reach the root of the problem. That’s why expert termite control is so important. With advanced detection technology and precise treatment methods, professionals can eliminate entire colonies and prevent future infestations, saving you from costly structural repairs.
Complete Termite Control Solutions Include:
- Detailed Inspections – Locating active termites and assessing any hidden damage.
- Customized Treatment Plans – Developing targeted strategies based on your property’s needs.
- Wood & Soil Protection – Treating high-risk areas to block future entry points.
- Ongoing Monitoring – Routine check-ups to keep your property termite-free over time.

How to Spot a Termite Infestation Early
Catching a termite problem early can save you thousands in repairs. Keep an eye out for these common signs that termites may be active in or around your home:
- Mud Tubes – Thin, tube-like tunnels along walls, foundations, or crawl spaces—used by termites for safe travel.
- Hollow Wood – Wood that sounds empty or soft when tapped could be a sign it's been eaten from the inside.
- Discarded Wings – Finding piles of tiny, transparent wings near doors or windows often means swarmers have arrived.
- Termite Droppings (Frass) – Look for small, pellet-like droppings that resemble sawdust near baseboards or wooden structures.
- Peeling or Bubbling Paint – This could indicate moisture trapped by termites tunneling beneath the surface.
Includes 1-Year Guarantee
Each year, termites cause more than $5 billion in property damage. But termite damage or treatment is not covered under most home insurance. That why, when selling a property, many clients are required to have a Wood Destroying Insect (WDI) report as part of their home inspection. A Wood Destroying Insect Report is required for VA and FHA loans. Although a WDI inspection typically looks for termites, carpenter ants, carpenter bees and powder post beetles, and all common wood-destroying insects, it’s typically referred to as a termite inspection. We conduct Wood Destroying Insect reports for single family and multi-unit dwellings, as well as commercial properties. We offer a great price and a quick response if you need it in a hurry. But do keep in mind that the WDI is only good for 30 days after the report is complete.
If you’re not selling, but have concerns about your property, we also conduct inspections for home and business owners. If found, we eliminate the insects and remove them from your property.
